Being an online business we will continue to fulfil orders throughout the festive period, subject to courier delivery schedules.

We will not be picking, packing and despatching orders on the following days, otherwise its business as usual:

Christmas Eve 24th Dec, Christmas Day 25th Dec, Boxing Day 26th Dec, New Years Eve 31st Dec, New Years Day 1st Jan.

COLLECTIONS
Click and Collect collections will not be facilitated between 22nd December to 2nd January. If you select the collection option upon checkout we will contact you to arrange for the next available date.

PALLET DELIVERIES
The last date to order palletised items to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is Friday 19th December. Palletised items include heavy goods such as fish tanks. Normal service resumes on 2nd January.

Please allow a little extra time for us to answer correspondence during this period.
